Being a teenage girl means: always feeling like you look like crap, trying to find out who your real friends are, hating your ovaries, crying, staying up late to do homework, being misunderstood by your parents, feeling insecure, fighting with your siblings, crying some more, trying to snatch a boyfriend, failing, stalking a hot guy on facebook, finding unwanted hair all over your body, doing chores, being irrational, pms-ing, getting fat, never having money, realizing that everything just sucks as a teenager and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Disageee with both these statements.

Being a teenage girl is about: 

Being fine with how you look; who the fuck cares. It means listening to really loud music and singing terribly with your friends… but sometimes, you secretly try to sing better than them. It means sleeping in on the weekend to make up for all that time you lost doing work. It means playing videogames and making fun of those ditzy girls who talk like retards. It means wear a skirt long enough so that your ass isn’t fucking hanging out; better yet, wearing pants. It’s about only owning the shit that you wear, and buying it from a thrift store or some cheap shit like that. It’s about breaking up with that annoying guy. It’s about getting over that stupid boy who broke your heart and moving on; because shit happens, but life goes the fuck on. Might as well have fun.

 Pretty sure ‘being a teenage girl’ has no specific purpous, the same way being a teenage guy wouldn’t. Besides from the fact that guys and girls like different things (which also varies person to person) and guys don’t sit there complaining about every little thing in life, teenagers as a general rule, are all quite similar. /rant
